  • How long do I have to cancel before my appointment to avoid a fee?
    A 2 day, 48 hour notice for cancellation, rescheduling, or modifying prior to your appointment is required to avoid a fee.
  • How long does a color appointment take?
    Color appointments have a wide time range of anywhere from 2-8+ hours. Each one of our stylist offers free color consultations. During this thorough consultation they will break down the process and timing of your service and give you a time estimate.
  • Do you offer gift certificates?
    Yes! We take all forms of credit and cash for GLOW salon retail gift certificates. If you would like to buy one for a service please bring your Salon professionals name and what service(s) so we can get the right gift certificate ready (we take cash only for service gift certificates).
  • Should I wear a mask?
    If you have any symptoms we would appreciate you wearing a mask to your appointment. Otherwise it’s completely up to you and your level of comfort. If you would feel more comfortable having your appointment with a masked stylist, please let us know. We would be happy to put one on!
  • Where are you located?
    We are located at 529 E Street Eureka, CA On the corner of 6th & E
  • Can I bring my children to my appointment?
    We are a family friendly salon! We enjoy meeting your children and having them in for your shorter appointments. If you plan to come to GLOW for a complex appointment taking several hours, it may be a smart to make other arrangements for your sweet little one. If you do bring them, we ask that you keep your eye on them to make sure they are in safe areas away from chemicals and sharp objects like scissors.
  • Should I wash my hair before a color service? 
    YES! Having clean hair is really helpful so the color can be applied without impurities which can prevent even processing.
