I have been in the industry since 2002. I have taken my scissors to Palm Springs, Maui, and now in Humboldt. I am forever a student and enjoy traveling to take in classes from the leaders of the industry. One other reasons I enjoy hair after these years is the connection and collaboration with the clients. I love helping find the perfect cut or color to help them express themselves. I am inspired by trends on social media, movies, and nature. I'm drawn to subtle contrast and romantic shapes, but I also like texture and edge.

TRAINING

Trained in Palm Springs at the beginning. Since then I've participated in many enrichment programs including Sassoon ABC, Tony & Guy cutting, many Schwarskopf professional color classes, Aveda balayage as well as dozens of conferences and conventions over the years.

WHAT TO EXPECT

Pampering, care, a calm environment. When a new client arrives I take time to listen and look at pictures and discuss a desired maintenance routine. I learn about daily habits, likes and dislikes. Together we find a balance between the desired look and the amount of home care needed to maintain the goal. My aim is to map out a a clear path to their hair goals while maintaining the health and integrity of their hair.
